Professional and Honest Analysis
We understand that you are going through a stressful time and possibly heard many scary stories about independent examinations. Legal Practioners and Insurers must ask for these to guide them regarding fair claims management because they do not have medical staff of their own. Helping you recover quickly and completely is in everyone’s interest.
You will receive a letter from me approximately one week before the appointment. If we have a record of your phone number, you will receive a system generated SMS the day before, reminding you of the details of your appointment. Please confirm your attendance by calling the practice.
I nearly always run on time. If you are going to be late for any reason, please ring and we can decide if it is still possible to see you. You should be aware that my appointments are booked approximately 4-6 weeks in advance so there may be a significant delay if you cannot attend at the scheduled time.
When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of my staff and asked to sign a consent form and complete some simple questionnaires (so bring your reading glasses if needed). You are not allowed to record the interview, but you can have a support person with you if they are not involved in your claim. If in doubt call and discuss with my staff prior to the appointment.
Please note that referrals must come from your representative. We cannot accept self-referrals.
Your appointment will usually take between 1 and 2 hours.
